That mother was 275 total cost.. The psybolt ammo adds +1 to the h/b strength. Works on bolters, bolt pistols, autocannons, hurricane bolters, stormbolters and assault cannons, and gives them a better shot at beating the armour of a light vehicle.

The thing is you can say that a primaris psyker is an inquisitor, anyway, so a guard heavy Inquisition army is probably still better represented with the guard codex.. unless you want guard with bolters, jokaero and some GKs mixed in...

But then real guardsman don't need fancy weapons, or the help of heretical space primates... and i would think they don't WANT the help of those known for killing their allies...

Exactly! But it would have been nice of them to give us sentinels, leman russ battle tanks and rough riders just to have the option of making a convincing Coteaz/ Formosan style Inquisition army without resorting to choosing beardy rhinos with GK special rules, stormravens and those dodgy walkers..
Although if Coteaz is as powerful as they say he is, who's to say he wouldn't have access to stormravens or dodgy rhinos with GK drivers.(?)..
