As you demand, Archon;
Shas'O'Nul'Dom'Kais'Kont'Ka; Shas'O'Dom was found in an Imperial escape pod, just an infant, drifting in from the area of the Farsight Enclaves. Shas'ui't'au'kay, a tau fire warrior stationed aboard a sentinel vessel from Fi'rios, found this child after being sent to investigate he brought the child back and got special permission to take a shuttle back to Fi'rios so that the child could be homed. When back on Fi'rios, a DNA test showed that this child was only half Tau, and half Human. Shas'ui'kay took it upon himself to adopt the child as they were of the same genetic caste. When he became of age, and graduated from being a Shas'saal to being a Shas'la, he choose not to keep his name, Shas'la'Fi'rios and instead chose the name Shas'la'Nul, the Nul meaning nowhere. This caused a massive uproar as names were given, not chosen. After five months of debating the etherial council came to an agreement, as the young t'au in question was not truly from the world of Fi'rios he could not be given that name. After the decision was made, he was given an attribute name, Dom, meaning outcast for his difference. Over the next 24 years he distinguished himself with physical prowess, tactical brilliance and amazing charisma, and on his 6th trail by fire he attained the rank of 'El.
Soon after this though he realized he was not content and after being counseled be an Aun'O he declared that he was suffering from Battlesuit sorosis and became a Mon'at. Luckily for him his distinguished career had caught the ancient eyes of Aun'Va, and he took the Mon'at under his wing to lead his personal force of misfits, 'The light of Aun'Va'. After much help Shas'O'Dom regained his mental health and was able to work with others again.
Shas'ui'Ta'al'Kas; A Shas'ui in a XV8 battlesuit, fire-knife variant, he was serving in the air caste fleet around the Perdus rift anomaly when a strange force of unknown energy flickered out of it engulfing 3 three ships. One of the tendrils lashed out at another ship tearing through the armored hull as though it was not there. This tendril killed many T'au but fortunately Ta'al Kas survived, in his battlesuit during a training exercise. Unfortunately his battlesuit sensors and electrical connections were overloaded sending critical feedback through the neural link. 17 days passed and Ta'al Kas, who was now out of his battlesuit lay on the very brink of death. The Kor'Vesa hovered back and forth but were unable to do anything. Without any gradual change he suddenly awoke on the morning of the 18th day. He has since then been unable to operate a battle suit but is much more physically able and is extremely lucky, as though the gods watch over him.
The Ultimate Goal; Aun'va has been assembling 'The light of Aun'Va' for well over 100 years as he is guided by a greater purpose. Although he devotes much time to the expansion and growth of the T'au Empire, he is preparing for a great mission, one that will change the stars. It is so grand that all of the great powers in the galaxy will have their part to play. As yet an ancient Eldar cult that has been in hiding since before the fall of the Eldar, has joined them for they have had visions of the future.
A Space Marine Chapter, The Iconian Guard, a non Codex chapter has been convinced that this is the right thing to do and so has given it's services to help it come about, and they still follow the Emperor's will with the piousness that Space Marines should, despite being declared Extremis Heritcus by the Inquisition.
An Ork warlord Named Snikrot Dakagrub, or known to his Boyz as 'Da Big Brainz Boss' for his cunning. He was convinced by the members of the T'au water caste that his boyz were stronger than the 'fishhedz' and there was going to be 'a bloody big fightn' soon' and that they needed them to fight some 'umies'. (note I love trying to imagine a water caste negotiator, who are trained to mimic the behavior of the race, saying this to an ork ) The warlord excepted as his boyz were itching for a fight and with the weapons given to them by the T'au they thought they were getting the better end of the deal.
With these forces behind them they have set off to Segmentum Tempestus, through the Webway, where they plan to launch an assault on Terra. With the combined might of all these armies they plan to take Terra and, led by Aun'va, they are going to use the Paradox of Duality to restore the Emperor of Man to a living being once more. They would try to do this peacefully but for one the Imperium would suspect xenos trickery, and secondly the high lords of Terra would not allow it, for they know they would lose some of their power. But this is not certain, it can go either way. The daemons of the warp know this and that may possibly be the reason for the unprecedented attacks from the eye of terror. If they succeed the galaxy will begin it's decent into darkness. If Aun'va's forces prevail it will led to a new age of man, an age of peace. With the combined might of the Imperium, the Eldar and the T'au they can cleanse the galaxy of orks and necron and the Eldar can finish the work of the Ancient Ones and complete the webway and seal the holes to the Immaterium, the eye of terror, the maelstrom and the perdus rift to name such places.
So truly, in the far future of the 41st millennium there is war but there may be a chance for peace. A small chance. Maybe.
So we shall wait, until they have grown accustomed to peace, then will shall strike mercilessness .

Dom being half human must make him a bit of a mockery in the Tau high command. I wonder if he looks more human as well, as he'd have to have attributes from both races?

I've made a model, he's got less of a head hole and his skin is a lot darker.
