I wouldn't have a warlock augmented weapon on a warlock engineer. For him only having like 1 attack normally it's not worth a 45 pts sink. You remembered to add him as having a bsb for standard of the under empire right? You have a standard bearer for your stormvermin that can hold banner of the under empire without the +25 pts or so you need for your BSB but i suppose without a BSB you can't re-roll morale which is vital. If i could add suggestions give the banner to the stormvermin and with only a BSB you can give him equipment while having the BSB so he can weather attacks better and still give your army leadership re-rolls. I'm guessing those groupings of 20 clanrats won't last for 5 seconds. You should either have many small units with a ton of weapons teams (wind mortars and warpfire throwers mostly) or you should just stack your units into bigger units. 3 warplock jezzails isn't that much and is a huge sink. Notice how the warp lightning cannon does more. I wouldn't use jezzails until your list is bigger. If i ran nightrunners i'd run more than 10. As you have it you may as well knock those nightrunners out of there and add more guys to your other units. Those 10 nightrunners won't do shit and even their shooting is pretty piss poor. With all those points knocked out you can beef up your units with the remaining points and get better weapons teams if possible. For the same points cost a warpfire thrower would probably do much more than those jezzails. I wouldn't be afraid of knights just yet at 1k points as if they could field them they couldn't field many and they'd most likely die anyway. You might need to make your chieftain the leader because he has the highest leadership and that's your general but it's hard to say as BSB holders can't be generals so it may let you use a warlock as a leader but probably not. The biggest problem you have is you are getting many small fairly ineffective units. This wouldn't be bad in 7th edition where flanking was such a big deal but here it is. Should you face an enemy with as many ranks as you or more then even if you flank they'll still be steadfast and in the very next turn they can reform the unit to face your flankers and kill you anyway. Basically it's easiest to route an enemy when you have more ranks which can't happen with skirmishers. I'd hate to say it but for 8th edition this is a pretty poor list and you'd probably get ass raped a lot. You don't want that. At least i don't think you want that.
