I couldn't get your link to work, but I know what you mean. 3ff3ct on the IGMB bought some of the Ariadna range. They're not guardsmen copies, they're just soldiers with autorifles. If you were accusing anyone of copying IG then I'd say Wargames Factory, who made the plastic greatcoat set. VERY EXPENSIVE MODELS! METAL (but actually I like metal, just not the price; bloody good looking models, though. If you want to see more expensive models look out for : Studio McVey) 3ff3ct's thread commissar.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=non40k&action=display&thread=14033&page=1Edit _ also we have a board for collecting miniatures... <-----------------------------------------

Hmm yes....I know aboot the collecting miniatures board, but I guess what I meant is I want to know more about InfiNity from a long time players point of view, not asking questions model wise...my bad for not explaining that correctly.

Ah, I see. Well if the rules are free, then get them and check them out.
Necromunda rules are free too, so just play with those rules for skirmish. There are enough different ranges/ models that you could get juvies and gangers, heavies and a leader all from one set.. It's too expensive to play a 40k game with those models, so a skirmish sci-fi/ modern warfare game of any sort would be best.
Who knows? They might like the Infinity rules.
Also their universe is too realworld for me; I mean - Haqq'Islam? Why not Sci-fi Buddhists?

All the ranges looked quite interesting; just pretty expensive.
